Which data we store in your browser, why, and how to change your choice.

1. In short
Doktorio does not use advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites. What the site needs to work is always on. Visit statistics are collected only if you allow them.
This page covers both cookies and similar technologies that store data in your browser (local storage).
2. Strictly necessary
The site cannot work without these, so they do not need your consent and cannot be switched off.

3. With your consent: visit statistics
If you allow it, we measure which pages are visited and how quickly they load. This measurement does not set cookies, does not include your name or email address, and is not used for advertising.

If you do not allow it, these two services are not loaded in your browser at all.
4. Services that run only when you use them
The following services start only when you use the related feature, and may store their own data:
- Chat widget (Ozvelo): the support chat on the site. It keeps a record in your browser's local storage so the conversation can continue; your messages reach us through Ozvelo.
- Sign in with Google: if a practice user chooses to sign in with a Google account, Google uses its own cookies.
- Payments (Stripe): Pro subscriptions are paid on Stripe's secure payment page, where Stripe uses its own cookies to prevent fraud. Your card details never reach Doktorio.
- Embedded content: videos and 360° tours that a practice adds to its profile are loaded from their provider (for example YouTube, Vimeo, Instagram or Matterport), which may set its own cookies. Links to Google Maps open on Google's own site.
Icons on the site are loaded from Cloudflare (cdnjs). Your IP address is technically passed to this provider when they load; no cookies are set. Fonts are served from our own domain.
5. Changing your choice
You can change your choice at any time: use the Cookie preferences link at the top of this page or the same link in the site footer. If you withdraw consent, the statistics services are no longer loaded from the next page you open.
You can also delete or block cookies and site data in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary storage, features such as signing in may not work.
