Sign in to your dashboard
Sign in to your practice account at doktorio.cz/dashboard.

Open the My account tab
Your Pro membership is listed in the "My account" tab under ACCOUNT in the left-hand menu.

Click "Manage subscription · Cancel"
The secure Stripe page opens; choose "Cancel subscription" to end your membership straight away.

About cancelling
Does my membership end as soon as I cancel?
No. Pro features stay on until the end of the period you have paid for; you won't be charged after that.
Will my practice profile be deleted?
No. Your profile stays live on the free plan; only the Pro features (such as the booking widget) are switched off.
What happens to my appointment requests?
The Appointment requests tab stays available on the free plan. Only the slot-based booking widget embedded on your website is switched off.
Can I resubscribe later?
Yes. Choose "Upgrade to Pro" in your dashboard whenever you like.
Do I get a refund for the remaining days?
If you cancel mid-period, there is no partial refund for the remaining days; you can keep using your membership until the period ends.
