The principles behind our decisions
Accuracy
Practices can claim and update their own profiles, and we correct information when we are told about a mistake.
Transparency
A basic listing is free. Practices can pay for Doktorio Pro tools, but payment does not decide which reviews are published.
Accessibility
Searching, reading reviews and requesting appointments are free for patients.
Privacy
We do not sell personal data, and visit statistics run only with your consent.
